1.1 Coaching
All services begin with taking the CliftonStrengths® assessment (also found in StrengthsFinder 2.0). Once you take the assessment, this is a 1.5 hour one-time coaching debrief to help you 1) Name (identify) 2) Claim (understand and own) and 3) Aim (apply and use in practical ways) your Top 5 strengths from the assessment. You may find that you want to proceed with further coaching following this session.

6 SESSIONS
Achieve a focused goal. For those who have a very specific, concrete goal you want to achieve in a fixed timeframe. You will receive coaching to build and work your plan with the support, encouragement, and accountability you need. You will have a thought partner to work through the hurdles along the way and keep progressing toward reaching your goal.
12 SESSIONS
Transform your leadership potential into leadership reality through customized one-on-one coaching. Whatever the challenges and opportunities before you, you’ll gain clarity and confidence in living and leading in alignment with your values, strengths, and priorities. These 12 sessions will focus on what’s most important to you, what’s keeping you from getting to where you desire to be, and how you can best leverage your strengths to accomplish your goals and bless those who really matter to you.
COACHING THROUGH CHANGE/TRANSITION OR GRIEF—6 OR 13 SESSIONS
Changes and transitions that we experience present unique challenges. Sometimes we initiate change, and sometimes it just “happens.” But it always comes wrapped with opportunities for growth as we navigate through it—the beginning, messy middle and persevering to the desired destination.
Whether you are going through change in your personal life or leading change in your organization, I can help by providing the support and coaching as you design and walk over your change bridge.
I also have special training in Grief Coaching. If you have been processing grief over a significant loss in your life and are ready to lean into your new, different and good future, I can walk with you through the process of designing the new realities and building the bridge from the past to living your future to the fullest.
Workshop Facilitation and Training
WORKSHOP OR RETREAT
This workshop follows all team members completing the CliftonStrengths® assessment (also found in StrengthsFinder 2.0). Designed to build your team, individuals will understand and appreciate their own talents/strengths more deeply.
Team members will understand, appreciate, honor and affirm the talents/strengths of others on the team. “Strengths” gives teams a common language to talk about how they can collaborate and perform more effectively together. You will build new bridges with one another and a blueprint for a future of working together with success and satisfaction.
Added Option: You can set the expectation of transformation from the start with a pre-session consultation for the team leader and/or individual follow-up coaching.
WORKSHOP
This is a half or full-day workshop for leaders who want to learn the art of coaching those they lead. An article in the Harvard Business Review states that the role of leader or manager has shifted away from “command and control” to “coaching.”
A coach approach is essential if you want to develop people and foster engagement, fulfillment, and success. What’s more, the coach approach will spill over into your life and positively impact your relationships outside of work. You will come away from this workshop with an understanding of and handle on the important principles of coaching. However, don’t expect a day of lectures. It’s highly interactive and experiential with coaching practice built in. You’ll stretch and grow as you add coaching to your toolbox!
